Whats fastest way to 90+ str if acc is 50 attk and has 45 pray. Would troll invasion w/ gmaul be good idea

Ive done soul wars with 50 attack and 90-99 strenght before. It is the fastest you can do.

i was just doing troll invasion for some slayer exp with some claws. was pretty good melee exp too so a gmaul could work

Soulwars is probably quicker, but bandits = afk.

I tested gmaul there a few months ago. If you actually focus and do it right, it's pretty decent xp. Just lure everything next to the potion, have auto on and just spam the spec + pot. You'll automatically spec something nearby and get constant xp. If the pot runs out and there are still a decent amount of npcs left, just leave the game and start again. I don't really remember the xp rates, but it couldn't hurt to try.
