This guide is made specifically to learn how to "level" your Strength quickly.
Information of bandits
Bandits are NPC's that attack you if you have any zamorak or saradomin items on. In this guide we will be using a saradomin sword/Dragon scimitar
Stats needed
Attack: 60+ with dragon scimitar
Strength: 75+
Prayer: 43+ 52+ highly recommended
Inventory
The inventory is very expensive, considering you need prayer potions. I would recommend buying atleast 1k+ prayer potions if you wish to level much. Here is A decent inventory
You can change prayer potions for super restores and the super sets for zamorak brews/combat potions, or plain attack pots
any tele tab, antipoison if you wish
IMPORTANT TIP
Strength pots are not necessary but they are optional. Attack pots are much more important (Especially if you are lower attack) But if you are 70+ attack you will not need to much, you can just bring zamorak brews if you want to be cheap. But if you do bring zamorak brews remember to bring summer pies or pineapple pizzas (4-8 of them). Zamorak brews are decent, because they raise prayer also. but they really hit alot if you are higher hp! be careful using them.
worn inventory
You can change the combat bracelet for rfd gloves. the guthix cape for nomads cape if you are a main, or a trimmed skill cape
you can also bring initiate helmet, it is much cheaper then the mitre
you can substitute the holy necklace for a stole, but i do not recommend it
ring of life for duelling if you want to get there fast. (not recommended)
monks robes to weigh less and have good prayer bonus. can be subbed for shade robes (i highly doubt you have em)

At the bandits
okay there are many methods to get to the bandits, there is no need for me to post a guide because it isn't needed.
okay, so you arrive at bandits. you will want to turn on melee pray and walk into the bar.
walk behind the counter and pot up like so:
then walk out and turn on burst of strength/clarity of thought, lvl 4 and 8 prayer
Stand in the middle where all the bandits can walk to you, and they will start to attack you, turn auto retaliate on and your done! enjoy the xp
Important Tip
Drink some prayer potions when you are 20 prayer left (44 prayer level) and when you are 15, (52 prayer level)
