MM VS FOE (08/07/2010)

About 1 month ago we entered the Jagex cup for pures. Right off the bat we knew this fight was bound to happen by looking at the quality of the other clans that were in there.

In our first round EOP backed out from fighting us which was understandable.

For our second round fight we were matched up with IR which we slammed losing 1-2 people and moved onto the finals.

FOE however didn’t have 1 fight at all and were automatically moved to the finals due to winning by defaults.

In the fight we were stuck with the south side all 3 rounds which was a pain for us.

In round 1 we defended towards a corner with the plan to hug the corner and keep the fight in the open which we did well.

In round 2 it was our turn to attack. FOE defended in the trees which was expected but as we charged we hit a loading screen and 7 people were dropped instantly. Even though we were down we kept fighting until the end.

Round 3 was a defending round again based on FOE’s 3 round rules they wanted instead of defaults. We defended the corner again as it worked very well for us and this time we hugged the south wall.

In the end MM won the Jagex Cup finals with a 2-1 victory over FOE.
